Our strategy

The strategy for Team Earth is constituted of three clear focus areas, each of which is underpinned by the continuous education and engagement of all Wasserman employees, the clients we work with, and the industry at large.

Improve governance and gain reputable accreditation to certify our efforts.

Measure and reduce emissions related to our operations.

Provide continuous education, learning and volunteering opportunities for all Wasserman team members.
Assist clients with what a sustainability-led campaign should acknowledge and include.

Become a trusted advisor for new clientele, including a robust ethical framework for procuring new business.

Foster environmental team leaders across each business sub-unit. Every job is a climate job.

Through our strategic direction and business activities, we contribute directly and indirectly to the achievement of the SDGs.
