We joined forces with the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee to develop the entire commercial structure and execute sponsorships for the Saudi Games – an event that annually brings together more than 6,000 athletes from 53 different sports designed to inspire the younger generation across the Kingdom to embrace an active lifestyle, strive for excellence, and harness the Olympic spirit.


Our team designed a commercial strategy for the event, divided into three levels of collaboration: Presenting Partner, Official Partner and Official Supporter. Once the strategy was defined, and the corresponding assets for each sponsorship category were established, the commercial team led and supervised the sponsor onboarding process, resulting in 16 brands from various sectors investing in the visibility and benefits of associating with the event.


During the event, our team was in charge of leading communications on-site with different partners and the LOC to ensure the proper activation of the acquired rights and a successful execution at the event, including fan zone spaces, branding and fan engagement activations, among others.
