A whirlwind past couple of years have seen rising talent Baalti turn heads globally with their highly percussive, rhythm-driven sound that blends UK bass and South Asian influences. Their slew of standout releases have led to co-signs from the likes of Ahadadream, Nikki Nair, DJ ADHD, Chloé Robinson, INVT, Tom VR, TSVI, Maribou State, Tim Sweeney, Sarah Story, Jamz Supernova and many more, as well as critical acclaim from RA, Mixmag, DJ Mag, Bandcamp and Beatport, with Mixmag even dubbing them one of their "Breakthrough DJs of 2023."

Following festival appearances at Glastonbury, Dialled In, and MELT, the duo went on to tour the US, UK, and EU, consistently appearing on billings across major cities and performing on revered platforms like NTS, Rinse FM, The Lot Radio, Beats In Space, Kiosk Radio and Refuge Worldwide. Known for their infectiously energetic sets, Baalti have also gained a reputation for their vault of unreleased originals — many of which have become fan favorites with frequent ID requests. Looking ahead to a strong 2025, they're slated for performances at Four Tet & Friends: Under the K-Bridge in NYC, as well as a sold-out Earth Hackney show in London with Ahadadream.

Their upcoming EP "Mela," releasing on Steel City Dance Discs has gotten early support from tastemakers like dBridge, Roza Terenzi, Bake, NVST, DJ ADHD, Ehua and Peder Mannerfeldt, is already creating buzz with plays on Boiler Room, NTS, Rinse, Keep Hush, The Lot Radio and BBC Radio 1. With a packed 2025 release schedule, Baalti shows no signs of slowing — proving they're just getting started in shaping the future of global club music.
