Move Brings Wasserman’s Spanish Business Together Under One Roof

Global sports, music, and entertainment company Wasserman has further strengthened its capabilities in Spain with the opening of a brand-new office in downtown Madrid, as the company reinforces its commitment to growth in Spain and Europe at large.

The move brings the Wasserman Spain business – which currently operates across brand and property marketing, rights sales and talent representation – together in one central hub, fostering greater collaboration across teams and providing an enhanced service for clients.

Wasserman has been operating in Spain since 2002, and its clients in market include brands and properties such as Unilever, Iberdrola, Atletico de Madrid, Valencia CF, MotoGP, NFL and Laureus among others. Wasserman also represents an enviable list of athletes in Spain, including footballers Fede Valverde (Real Madrid CF), Alejandro Grimaldo (Bayer Leverkusen) Marc Casadó (FC Barcelona) Miguel Gutiérrez (Girona) and Rodrigo Riquelme (Atletico Madrid), and basketball players Nicolas Laprovíttola (FC Barcelona), Alberto Díaz (Unicaja), John Ndiaye (Real Madrid CF) and Emanuel Cățe (Manresa). Alongside this, it represents Olympians and Paralympians such as Saúl Craviotto, Teresa Perales, Adriana Cerezo and Davide Morana and content creators Lucía Galán Bertrand, Cisco García, Desirée Vila, plus many more.

Later this year, Wasserman’s branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations division, Wasserman Live, will help deliver the first-ever regular season NFL fixture in Spain as a part of the 2025 International Series. The team will provide stadium and wayfinding branding for the Madrid Game, which sees Miami Dolphins take on Washington Commanders at the Bernabeu. Wasserman’s Brands and Properties Experience team will also manage all of the league’s fan-facing activations for the game.

The new Madrid office officially opened on Tuesday 20 May, and it is one of two Wasserman offices in Spain, with another team based in Valencia.
