Caroline “KK” Harvey began skating at the age of three and told her family she would make the 2022 Olympic team. She made her national team debut at the 2022 Winter Olympics as the youngest member of the team and contributed three points to help Team USA win silver.

Caroline is currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin where she is co-captain of the women’s hockey team. She finished her junior year (2024-2025) setting the school record for most points in a season by a defender (63 points). Caroline has played in five IIHF World Championships with USA Hockey, earning two gold medals and three silver medals. In 2023, she led the entire tournament in scoring among defenders with 14 points in seven games.

Caroline is known for being a dynamic, two-way defender – skilled in both shutdown defense and joining the attack to generate plays. She learned solid skating fundamentals through figure skating and boxing drills as a teen to boost her foot and hand speed and endurance.

A transformative, young leader on and off the ice, Caroline is carving a path for defenders with elite offensive capability. She ranks among the top defensive talents in the world while balancing leadership roles at Wisconsin and Team USA.
