Cayleigh Griffin serves as the host of Cavaliers Live pre, halftime, and postgame shows on Bally Sports Ohio. She also works as a host and reporter for the network in other capacities. Additionally, she has served as a game analyst for the Cleveland Charge and MAC Women’s Basketball Conference. Prior to joining Bally Sports Ohio, Cayleigh spent the previous three seasons as the courtside reporter and pre/postgame host for the Houston Rockets on AT&T SportsNet Southwest.
She also worked as a fill-in host and field reporter on Houston Astros broadcasts. She previously spent a season in Cleveland as a digital host and reporter for the Cavaliers and FOX Sports Ohio, two seasons as a digital reporter for the San Antonio Spurs, and two years as a correspondent and host for the BIG EAST Conference. Cayleigh graduated from Providence College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a minor in Film. She is a native of Stamford, Connecticut, and resides in Cleveland with her fiancé.
