Julian Wilson

Growing up in Australia, Julian Wilson was the youngest sibling in a fanatical surfing family. At a very young age, Julian showed incredible natural ability and talent as he took home multiple pro junior titles and the prestigious 2006 ISA World Junior Title at age 17.

He then began his professional surfing career on the WSL World Tour in 2011 and has since been one of the biggest stars and influencers in the sport. Julian’s reputation comes by many WSL podiumed events and consistently finishing the year ranked inside the top 10. In 2018, Julian finished agonizingly close to the World Title, placing runner up. His dominant presence in the WSL earned him a coveted spot in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics to represent Australia.

Julian is constantly producing high level web content and notably produced a critically acclaimed signature profile surf film, Scratching the Surface. When not surfing, Julian spends his spare time catching up with friends, playing golf, riding his dirt and mountain bikes, and traveling with his wife, model Ashley Wilson, with whom he has two children, Olivia and River. He is also an avid supporter of breast cancer awareness and fundraising.

In 2022, Julian founded lifestyle clothing brand Rivvia Projects where he is very involved in building the product and brand.
