WASSERMAN ACQUIRES UNIK SPORTS MANAGEMENT
LOS ANGELES and BARCELONA (December 18, 2025) – Leading global sports, music, and entertainment company Wasserman has acquired football talent representation business, Unik Sports Management, announced today by Executive Vice President & Managing Executive, Global Soccer, Richard Motzkin. As part of the acquisition, Unik Sports Management Founder and CEO Carlota Planas will join Wasserman as Vice President, Women’s Football, Global.
“Carlota’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence at the highest level embody everything we represent at Wasserman,” said Motzkin. “Carlota has grown her business into one of the top women’s football agencies in the world, and her relationship-first approach to talent management aligns directly with our values.
