We worked with Chivas to develop “The Journey,” a six-step methodology to help them fully understand their current situation in Mexico and the United States to develop an effective and engaging creative strategy. The six steps included fan research, expectations based on the market, asset valuation, benchmarking with leading competitors, packaging and pricing based on the market and targeting potential partners.
With these insights, we developed a creative strategy focused on the U.S. market, considering the four C’s, platform/influencers/on-ground strategy and execution ideas, helping them grow their dominance in an international market.
