Our reputation of creating “magic in unexpected locations” has rapidly developed over the years. Responsible for transporting a roll-in stage that can be assembled and disassembled in a short amount of time, we also provide the scenic backdrops and audio, video, lightning production for a wide array of musical artists. Our event production team has produced concerts in a wide variety of locations – from racetrack campgrounds and TopGolf driving ranges to on-track stages and performances in the stands at motorsport venues across the USA.
During the Indycar season, Hy-Vee brings race fans to Iowa Speedway for an action-packed weekend of A-list entertainment. The on-track competition is bookended with headliner concert acts that Wasserman Live brings to life through stage design, fabrication, and full concert production. The set includes multiple custom stages loaded with LED and designed to move in, and then off the track after the performances, in just a matter of minutes.
During the first three years, concert performances for Hy-Vee Indycar weekend have included Wasserman artists Ed Sheeran, Kenny Chesney, and Blake Shelton, among others.
