We were appointed in September 2019 to manage the commercial program on behalf of Lions Tour South Africa (LTSA). Within the first three months, 400 meetings had been set-up and the first offer was secured by December 2019.​ COVID-19 hit in March 2020, a revised approach was required, based on our research and insights, new sectors were identified and targeted.​

 

Working closely with the LTSA Operational team, the commercial delivery on the ground was executed to the highest possible standard regardless of the moving feast of the Tour. Demand and expectation from Partners was higher than ever but relationships and value for Partners was maximized at all times via the highly competent Partnerships team. An events program was developed and implemented with creative ways to bring Partners and fans closer to the Tour. The Castle Lager Lions Series proved to be a challenging two year project but we are very proud to have supported LTSA to deliver an extremely successful sponsorship sales and commercial delivery program.​
