Week in and week out, our teams are on the road, producing and executing strategically designed full-service custom tours, product displays, pop-ups, exhibits and more with the goal of customer engagement for a wide array of clients. 

During the 2023 NASCAR Season, Wasserman Live was enlisted to help create the NASCAR Experience, a larger-than-life live event that appeared at every NASCAR-owned track to celebrate the organisation’s 75th Anniversary. In addition to providing the transportation, staging, stage management, run-of-show, LED, scenic and signage for the Experience, Wasserman Live was also responsible for multiple custom-fabricated and branded elements including a prize wheel and towering flagpole that flew high above the event.

Our US team also manages multiple touring operations for Barstool Sports, including “America’s Member Guest,” the Barstool Classic Golf Tournament, and Barstool College Football show, which emanates from multiple college campuses throughout the College Football Season. 

Meanwhile, in the UK we continue to collaborate with British Airways on its fan zone which has been a feature of Rugby World Cups and Six Nations Tournaments in recent years. Featuring a kicking challenge, a passing challenge and a photo booth, fans can test their rugby skills while simultaneously creating engaging content to share on with friends and family. In addition, we’ve been appointed as official branding partner for the Paddy Power World Darts Championships, the showpiece event in the PDC calendar, turning the iconic Alexandra Palace into a sea of a sea of green and delivering the amazing fan village activation.

Our expertise and experience doesn’t stop there. We’ve delivered on multiple Art and Culture activations for Sistene Chapel, Chateaux Noir, House of Hortus, Watch Week around the globe and retail activation tours for likes of Nike and Adidas across Dubai.
