We recently worked with Tennis Canada to conduct a deep-dive analysis of the Canadian tennis consumer. From developing and scripting a fully customized survey to executing it nationally across Canada and meticulously analyzing results, we were able to organize and uproot a wealth of strategic tennis consumer insights and ultimately develop detailed tennis personas, complete with actionable defining characteristics.

 

Whether it be growing the game of tennis, selling tickets to their national championships, or engaging the next generation of tennis fans in Canada, the results of this valuable project applied to the entire organization and allowed Tennis Canada to deepen their understanding of tennis fans at all stages of the consumer journey.
