Airwolf Paradise broke through in Australia when his 2018 single 'Chasing You' became a bonafide club anthem and ultimately reached the top 10 on Australia's ARIA Club Charts. He followed up with a succession of club releases including 'Make It Bang,' 'Get This' and his 2019 club hit 'Be Free' which was certified as an ARIA Club Chart #1. His consistent run of Australian successes led to a string of high profile club shows around the country including notable sets alongside FISHER, Dom Dolla, Duke Dumont, Jax Jones and performances on iconic Australian festival stages Splendour In The Grass and Beyond The Valley.
It didn't take long for international tastemakers to take notice. In 2018 Airwolf Paradise was tapped to remix UK hit-maker OFFAIAH's 'Run This town' in a package alongside Riton and The Magician. Snakehips signed the 2021 'Inglory' EP to his Never Worry Records leading to more heightened international recognition. He has consistently been heralded for his production prowess and has garnered AAA tastemaker support from the likes of MK, Diplo, Chris Lake, Idris Elba, Annie Mac, Dennis Ferrer, Anna Lunoe, Claude VonStroke and Patrick Topping.
International radio support has been building alongside his artist profile including consistent airplay on Triple J, Sirius FM, Kiss FM and BBC Radio 1. The purveyor of emerging dance music and host of Radio 1's 'Future Dance' Sarah Story aptly stated 'We really need to be keeping an eye on Airwolf Paradise over the next few months. There seems to be some big tunes coming from him." She was right.
Fittingly, it was Patrick Topping's support that would lead to the signing of Airwolf Paradise's 2022 single 'Don't Hurt Me Baby' to his critically acclaimed record label Trick. The single was tried, tested and certified on European dance floors including live plays to full crowds at Printworks and DC-10. Audience reactions spilled online and set reddit threads and track ID pages alight building an untameable appetite ahead of its release. If years of high quality output was the gasoline, 'Don't Hurt Me Baby' was the match. 2022 is the undisputedly the year Airwolf Paradise exploded.
