Äyanna

24-year-old Äyanna is a newcomer with a big smile, big voice and even bigger dreams. This is evident in the way the singer lives her life, both as vibrantly and fearlessly as the songs she writes and performs.

After a year of studying law and Spanish at the University of Bristol, Äyanna dropped out to secretly pursue music under the guise of taking a gap year. The 2019 single "Party Tricks" was one of the first songs she ever wrote. The song was included on BBC'S Music Introducing and helped garner the attention from music industry executives, including those at Love Renaissance (LVRN). "There was something about it that just felt really right," she says. "It's the sole reason that I'm where I am right now."

Now, with a few major songwriting placements under her belt, Äyanna is continuing to focus on introducing herself to a wider audience as a singer and performer. Äyanna showcased both her songwriting and singing prowess with SPINALL and DJ Snake on "Power (Remember Who You Are)," which is created for the Flipper's Skate Heist short film. The empowering and infectious dance track, which interpolates the memorable keys from Nina Simone's "Sinnerman," features Summer Walker.

In 2023, Äyanna signed to LVRN and joined the ranks of celebrated artists such as 6LACK, Summer Walker, DVSN, Davido, SPINALL, Baby Tate and more. On June 21, 2023, she released her debut track on the label "Girlfriend" alongside a dazzling music video directed by Priya Minhas. Featuring a striking mosaic of pop fused with R&B, soul and beyond, "Girlfriend" kicks off a fantastical series fashioned after a 2000's rom-com sitcom that centers young love and the magic that envelops it. The striking release sets the tone for a new body of work to come and will undeniably position Äyanna as a force in the pop arena and beyond.
