David has become one of the leading conductors of Film with Live Orchestra, having conducted titles including La La Land (UK and Ireland Tour), Disney's The Jungle Book (Royal Festival Hall, London), Beauty and the Beast (UK and Ireland Tour), the Star Wars trilogy (UK and Ireland Arena Tours), Grease (UK Tour), Pixar in Concert (UK Tour), Toy Story (UK Tour), The Muppet Christmas Carol (World Premiere and UK Tour) and Joker (UK Tour), for which he also acted as Music Supervisor.
Further credits include Show Producer for the BAFTA Cymru Awards, Consultant Producer for the UEFA Champions League, Music Supervisor for the Roald Dahl centenary celebrations City of the Unexpected, Artistic Director of the Cardiff Music Festival, producer of television productions for BBC and ITV, Musical Director and Music Supervisor for Tiger Bay the Musical (Artscape Theatre Cape Town and WMC), and Creative Producer for Broadway's tribute to Rebecca Luker (starring Kristin Chenoweth, Laura Benanti and Kelli O'Hara) and the Raise Your Voice Gala with Julie Andrews and Sam Smith (Lincoln Center, New York).
He has guest conducted the London Concert Orchestra, the Cape Town Philharmonic, RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, and is a Visiting Director at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Upcoming engagements include Ministry of Sound Classical (UK Festival Tour), Music Supervisor The Holiday and Spiderman (Film with Live Orchestra), and performances with the Orchestre National de Lille.
