The new EP features some of the most introspective and personal writing by the trio to date, touching on a harrowing couple of years in which each member of the group lost primary parental figures in their lives. The new EP features some of the most introspective and personal writing by the trio to date, touching on a harrowing couple of years in which each member of the group lost primary parental figures in their lives. Songs like "when i'm gone" speak specifically to the loss with lyrics like "It's okay, you got the right to move on, Just don't forget what it's like, when I was still here with you" in the celestial chorus sung by London-based soul singer Sophie Faith. On "quicksand" Meechy Darko poignantly laments the manifestation of his grief in the wake of the loss of his father Ryan Simms, a steadfast supporter of the trio. "herb" adds a more lighthearted element to the EP wherein Zombie Juice takes the lead with his lyrical cypher about his love of sex, money and, most importantly, weed. The EP was recorded between the FBZ HQ studio in Brooklyn and Erick "The Architect" Elliott's new studio, Architect Recording Company in Los Angeles.

In the last decade, the acclaimed Hip Hop trio raked in more than 815 Million streams and scanned more than 400,000 albums on their two studio albums alone. Their 2014 debut LP 3001: A Laced Odyssey shot straight to the #1 spot on the US iTunes Album chart and debuted at #10 on the Billboard 200, #2 on the Hip Hop chart and #1 on the Independent chart. The follow up Vacation In Hell earned the band a profile in the New York Times and found them collaborating with Lin Manuel Miranda, John Leguizamo and Ice-T. Most recently, the band released the eagerly anticipated debut LP Escape From New York with their NYC Hip Hop collective Beast Coast, featuring members of Pro Era and The Underachievers. In the past decade the band has toured the world performing at top festivals (Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Reading and Leeds and more) and sold out headlining shows in the US and abroad collectively playing to hundreds of thousands of fans. They have performed on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live's outdoor stage, The Late Late Show with James Corden and more.
