Adelle Tracey is a middle-distance runner competing for Jamaica since 2022, having previously represented Great Britain, where she grew up. Adelle has competed internationally on a European, Commonwealth and World stage for over 10 years. In 2022, Adelle won a silver medal and a bronze medal at the NACAC Games in both the 800m and 1500m.
Alongside Adelle’s achievements on the track, she is also a professional hair and makeup artist who studied makeup at The Arts University Bournemouth. She has experience in prosthetics and special effects makeup, fashion, editorial, bridal, film and TV. Adelle’s Pretty Sporty blog gives audiences insight into her life on and off the track, including discussions around sport & wellbeing, honest beauty reviews, and more.
In her grandmother’s memory, Adelle is a proud ambassador for Dementia UK & The British Dyslexia Association.
