Hilary Knight is an Olympic gold medalist, 3x Olympic silver medalist, 9x world champion, and arguably one of the best female hockey players in the world. An outspoken advocate for gender equality, she is changing the landscape for women in hockey. Hilary holds the record for the most all-time points and most goals scored at the Women’s World Championships. In 2014, she made history as the first female skater (non-goalie) to practice with an NHL team after she took the ice with the Anaheim Ducks. Hilary was also extremely successful at the collegiate level where she was a 3x All-American and appeared in the NCAA Finals all four years at the University of Wisconsin.

In June 2023, Hilary was named the first recipient of the International Ice Hockey Federation’s Female Player of the Year award after leading the U.S. women’s national team to a gold medal at the 2023 IIHF Women’s World Championship.

A 4x Olympian and MBA graduate, Hilary is a veteran leader on the U.S. women’s hockey team and was one of the leading voices during the USWNT’s fight for equitable pay.

Hilary played an instrumental role in building the new women’s hockey league, PWHL, from the ground up. Her goal was to build a sustainable professional women’s hockey league for generations to come. Hilary will return to Boston to play for the Boston PWHL team.

In addition to building a new league and gearing up for the first season, Hilary will be broadcasting for ESPN during the ‘23-‘24 NHL season for a third straight year.
