Kyle Dubas is the President of Hockey Operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Previously, Kyle was the General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, where he was the second youngest GM in the franchise’s history. Three of the five best regular seasons in the Maple Leafs’ franchise history by wins and points percentage came under his guidance. Kyle is widely credited for the modernization of advanced analytics in player development and scouting operations. At age 25, Kyle was named the youngest GM in OHL history and went on to be named one of Forbes Top 30 Under 30 (Sports). He is a dedicated advocate for DE&I in pro hockey. Dubas and his wife, Shannon, have two children, Leo and Lennon.
